Among them was also the Treaty of Brest-Litovsk of February 9, 1918, in which Russia declared to Bulgaria, Germany, Austria-Hungary, and the Ottoman Empire that it had lost the First World War.

Minister Neynski in Kyiv: The horrors of war are a daily reality for Ukrainians
