Building good neighbourliness requires trust, open dialogue, predictability and fulfilment of commitments made." This was stated by the Bulgarian Foreign Minister, Georg Georgiev, at a meeting with his counterpart from the Republic of North Macedonia, Timcho Mutsunski, which took place within the framework of the Munich Security Conference.
