Bulgaria and Ecuador Sign Visa Agreemen
The Council of Ministers approved an agreement between the government of the Republic of Bulgaria and the government of the Republic of Ecuador on waiving visa requirements for holders of diplomatic, official and service passports.

Government Relieves Honorary Consul in Yokohama of His Duties
The Council of Ministers adopted a decision to relieve Japanese national Hisashi Nakayama of his duties as Honorary Consul of the Republic of Bulgaria in Japan. His seat was in Yokohama. The decision also closes the consulate that had been headed by him.

Greece to Work towards Reopening More Checkpoints along Border with Bulgaria
Speaking in Athens today, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ekaterina Zaharieva raised the question of the faster reopening as many checkpoints as possible along Greece’s border with Bulgaria, where only the Kulata-Promachon checkpoint is currently in full operation due to the measures introduced by Greece with respect to the coronavirus.
