Kristian Vigenin met with the Foreign Minister of the Republic of Macedonia
Foreign Minister Kristian Vigenin met today with his Macedonian counterpart Nikola Poposki, who is on a working visit to Sofia . The two ministers agreed that the dialogue between Bulgaria and the Republic of Macedonia should continue in the most open manner which will contribute to overcoming the existing differences on specific issues.

Bulgaria and Russia signed a Program of cultural, educational and scientific cooperation

The border delimitation in the Black Sea between Bulgaria and Romania was discussed in the Foreign Ministry
On 9 December 2013, a meeting between the Permanent Secretary Mr. Georgi Dimitrov and the Romanian State Secretary Mr. Bogdan Aurescu was held at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Sofia in order to review the negotiation process on the border delimitation in the Black Sea between the two countries.
