The newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Republic of Latvia based in Sofia Selver Khalil presented his credentials to President Egils Levits at an official virtual ceremony on July 5, 2021. Virtual service of credentials was introduced due to the COVID pandemic, and credentials are sent in advance under the procedure established.
