EU foreign ministers discuss the situation in Russia, vaccines against COVID 19 and climate diplomacy

Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ekaterina Zaharieva is taking part in the regular meeting of the Foreign Affairs Council held in Brussels today.
