BSEC provides a good basis for the development of more effective and project-oriented cooperation
“Since its inception 21 years ago, the Black Sea Economic Co-operation has played an important role in supporting the security, political and economic stability of the region,” Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Angel Velichkov said in a speech at the 28th Meeting of the Council of Foreign Ministers of the member states of the Organization of the Black Sea Economic Cooperation (BSEC).
