I fully subscribe to almost everything that the two ambassadors said, to what Mrs Reding said yesterday. There must be dialogue, Europe wants there to be stability and dialogue in Bulgaria and for political forces to unite around solving problems that affect the entire EU. These are related too to the Cooperation and Verification Mechanism, to Schengen, but also to the freedom of the media and the concentration of ownership in the media sector.

The decision today by the European Union Foreign Affairs Council to include the military wing of Hezbollah on the EU list of terrorist organizations was made on the basis of the overall activity of the military wing on several occasions throughout the EU, including the bombing at Sarafovo Airport, Minister Kristian Vigenin told reporters in Brussels. He took part in the Foreign Affairs Council, where one of the topics was the situation in Lebanon.
