Deputy Minister Nikolay Pavlov Receives Copies of the Letters of Credence of the Ambassador of the French Republic to Bulgaria, H.E. Marie Dumoulin

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr Nikolay Pavlov today received copies of the letters of credence of the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the French Republic to the Republic of Bulgaria, Her Excellency Ms Marie Dumoulin.
During the meeting, satisfaction was expressed with the excellent bilateral relations and the intensive cooperation between Bulgaria and France in numerous fields. France’s role as a strategic ally and partner within the EU, NATO, the OIF, and other international organisations of which both countries are members was underlined.
A mutual readiness was expressed to further strengthen bilateral relations in the areas of trade and investment, security and defence, nuclear energy, culture, science, and education.
Deputy Minister Pavlov wished Ambassador Dumoulin every success in her diplomatic mission in Bulgaria.
