Official visit of US Secretary of State John Kerry to Bulgaria
15 January 2015 Diplomatic CalendarUS Secretary of State John Kerry will pay an official visit to Bulgaria on 15 January 2015 at the invitation of Bulgarian Foreign Minister Daniel Mitov. During their talks, the two Foreign Ministers will discuss the bilateral relations and current issues on the international agenda, with a focus on leading topics such as regional security and bilateral cooperation in defence, trade and economic ties and investments, energy issues and others.
During his visit, the US Secretary of State will also confer with the President of the Republic of Bulgaria Rosen Plevneliev and Prime Minister Boyko Borissov.
