Position of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria on North Korea's claim of hydrogen bomb test on January 6, 2016
We are deeply concerned by the news that the DPRK has carried out a nuclear test on January 6, 2016. If the statement is confirmed, a fourth nuclear test would be a drastic violation of resolutions 1718 (2006), 1874 (2009), 2087 (2013) and 2094 (2013) of the UN Security Council and the safeguards agreement with the IAEA.

NATO Ministers of Foreign Affairs invite Montenegro to join the Alliance
