The Permanent Secretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs Ivan Kondov presented certificates of honour to our former ambassadors to Ireland Petar Popchev, Biserka Benisheva, Emil Yalnazov and posthumously to Branimir Zaimov at a ceremony marking the 30th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Bulgaria and Ireland.
