Foreign Minister met with the Ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo

Minister Daniel Mitov held a meeting today with the Ambassador of the Republic of Kosovo in Sofia Shpend Kallaba. They discussed the current relations between the two countries and the possibilities for their expansion.
We are ready to work together for strengthening the bilateral relations, as well as in support of Kosovo's ambition to become part of the European structures, said Minister Mitov. Ambassador Kallaba expressed Kosovo’s gratitude for the support of Bulgaria since the establishment of Kosovo.
Theyshared the view that the good political dialogue between Bulgaria and Kosovo suggests that leaders of both countries meet more often and pledged to work actively in that direction. This will give impetus to the development of bilateral cooperation in a number of areas of mutual interest such as economy, culture, science, education, tourism and others.
