Russian authorities should immediately release the abducted Estonian officer

Statement by Foreign Minister Daniel Mitov
We are deeply concerned with the abduction of the Estonian police officer Mr. Eston Kohver on Estonian territory by the Russian security services on September 5, 2014. The incident constitutes a serious violation of international law by the Russian Federation. We call on the Russian Federation to immediately release Mr. Kohver and to arrange for his return to Estonia.
