Bulgarian citizens abroad already have been voting

Elections for the National Assembly of the Republic of Bulgaria are already underway in Australia, South Korea, Japan, China, Azerbaijan, Russia, Afghanistan, Georgia and the UAE, where by 7am Bulgarian time, 48 Bulgarian citizens had exercised their right to vote. In Canberra, by that time, 20 Bulgarians had voted, four in Seoul, 10 in Tokyo, eight in Beijing, two in Baku and four in Dubai.
