Bilateral meeting of Minister Ivan Kondov with Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants of Palestine Mohammad Mustafa

On the first day of his visit to New York, Foreign Minister Ivan Kondov also met with the Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Emigrants of Palestine Mohammad Mustafa at the UN. Ivan Kondov assured his interlocutor that the Bulgarian state is following with deep concern the developments in the Middle East and will continue to work in the direction of supporting the efforts of the international community for the de-escalation of the conflict between Israel and Hamas, the ceasefire and the release of the hostages still held in Gaza, and for the establishment of a lasting and just peace in the region.
At the end of the first day of his visit to New York, together with the Prime Minister of the Republic of Bulgaria Dimitar Glavchev, Minister Kondov was also an honored guest at the celebration of the Independence Day of the Republic of Bulgaria - September 22, organized by the Consulate General of the Republic of Bulgaria in New York for the Bulgarian community.
