President Plevneliev to speak at the close of the Ambassadors’ Conference

Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev will speak at the close of the Ambassadors' Conference, being held from March 26 to 28 2012 at the initiative of the Foreign Ministry to outline the objectives and priorities of Bulgaria’s foreign policy.
During the conference, the heads of Bulgarian diplomatic missions abroad, along with government members and experts in foreign policy, discussed various aspects of future activities, focusing on the economic development of Bulgaria in a situation of crisis, the European development of Bulgaria, the challenges to the integration of South East Europe, the Arab awakening in the Middle East and North Africa, energy security in Europe, consular services and the visa policies of Bulgaria and the EU, tourism and the possibilities of public and cultural diplomacy.
