Recommendations for travel to Egypt

According to information obtained from the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in Cairo, in the period 1 - 5 November there are mass protests planned in Egypt and the risk of civil unrest is assessed as high.

MFA recommends that the Bulgarian citizens located in the main administrative centers of the Arab Republic of Egypt to restrict their movement , and those who intend to travel to the country - to defer travel until after that date. All other recommendations for travelers remainin force.
