Bulgarian citizen died in a serious traffic accident in Slovakia

A Bulgarian woman died instantly and three others were seriously injured in a traffic accident between a car and a van with a trailer with ten Bulgarian citizens. The accident occurred on October 20 near the village of Malatski, close to Bratislava. The incident was caused by a local citizen as a result of dangerous overtaking.

The three severely injured Bulgarian citizens are in a stable condition. Another five have minor injuries, the sixth was not injured.

The Bulgarian Embassy in Bratislava is in constant contact with the injured Bulgarians and with the hospital where they are treated and is rendering them the necessary assistance.
