After the Second World War, France and Germany did not join the European Coal and Steel Community in order to have access to funds, but because they have had the idea to make the war in the continent impossible.
Unfortunately, war is still possible only in the Balkans in Europe. Our task is to make it impossible. This was said by Minister Mladenov during his meeting with the students from the University of Ruse „Angel Kanchev”.
