Ambassador Lyubomir Todorov presented his credentials to the President of Estonia

At a formal ceremony on January 30 2013, Bulgaria’s Ambassador to Finland, Lyubomir T Todorov, presented his credentials to the President of Estonia, Toomas Hendrik Ilves.
In talks after the ceremony, the Ambassador and President Ilves discussed the forthcoming visit by Bulgarian President Rosen Plevneliev to Estonia and preparations for 2018, when Estonia and Bulgaria will hold the EU Presidency. Ambassador Todorov and President Ilves emphasised their readiness to step up investments and trade and economic exchanges, as well as co-operation in education and in tourism.
