National referendum has begun at 37 polling stations abroad

At 8am local time, the national referendum began at 37 voting stations out of 44 abroad. The first place where a polling station opened was Seoul, South Korea, at 11pm last night. So far 20 people have voted there.
At 11am Bulgarian time, polling stations were to open in Buenos Aires, at 1pm in Washington DC, New York, Ottawa and Toronto, at 2pm in Chicago and at 4pm in Los Angeles.
