The Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Velislava Petrova welcomed the Ambassador of India to Bulgaria Sanjay Rana, with whom she discussed the development of bilateral relations and the possibilities for strengthening cooperation in the fields of technology, education and science.
“India is our priority partner in the Asia-Pacific region, both bilaterally and within the European Union”, said Deputy Minister Petrova and stressed Bulgaria's desire to deepen mutually beneficial relations.
The two interlocutors agreed that it is crucial to continue cooperation in the education sector, as it is a prerequisite for strengthening relations in the field of business and investment.
