With the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Greece Nikos Dendias, the two shared a common assessment of the high level of bilateral relations between Bulgaria and Greece. In the context of the ongoing confidential dialogue between the two countries, they discussed current issues of regional security and stability, the European perspective of the Western Balkan countries and other issues of mutual interest.

Bulgaria's support for the European perspective of the countries of the Western Balkans was also one of the main topics of conversation between Minister Stoev and Serbian Foreign Minister Nikola Selakovic. Some elements of the EU's pre-accession negotiations with Serbia were discussed. Minister Stoev pointed out that respect for the rights of the Bulgarian national minority is a priority. The two agreed on future steps in the bilateral political dialogue. Minister Selaković expressed gratitude in connection with the decision of the Bulgarian side to recognize the Serbian certificates for COVID-19 upon entering the territory of Bulgaria.

Minister Svetlan Stoev and Azerbaijani Foreign Minister Ceyhun Bahryamov praised the active bilateral dialogue in the context of the upcoming in 2022 30th anniversary of the establishment of bilateral relations. The readiness to deepen cooperation in priority sectors was confirmed. Regarding the Nagorno-Karabakh conflict, Minister Stoev called for continued dialogue with Azerbaijan and Armenia within the OSCE Minsk Group.

Minister Svetlan Stoev also spoke with the Chair of the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly Margareta Sederfelt. Highlights of the discussion were the OSCE PA monitoring missions conducted in Bulgaria this year, as well as the planned hosting of Bulgaria in 2022 of the autumn session of the Assembly.
