Ambassador Irena Gancheva presented her credentials to the President of Pakistan

The newly appointed Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Islamic Republic of Pakistan Irena Gancheva presented her Letters of Credence to the President of Pakistan Dr. Arif Alvi at a ceremony held at the Presidential Palace (Aiwan-e-Sadr) in Islamabad on 7 June 2021.
During the conversation that took place after the ceremony, the two sides highlighted the existing relations of traditional friendship between Bulgaria and Pakistan, and expressed their mutual desire to further develop the political dialogue, as well as to strengthen and expand the bilateral cooperation in areas of mutual interest, including economy and trade, culture, education and science.
