Bulgarian family thanks MFA and Washington Embassy for professionalism

The staff of the consular section of the Bulgarian Embassy in Washington, its head Boyko Hadjiisky and Ambassador Tihomir Stoichev have received a letter of thanks from the Petrov family.
‘We thank you for your swift response, for quickly grasping the essence of the our problem, for you professionalism and, first and foremost, for the moral support you gave us,’ the letter reads.
Without disclosing the nature of the problem addressed, the Petrovs write that the consular officials from whom they have received help are ‘professionals knowledgeable of the laws of their country as well as the country to which they are accredited.’ But most striking about them is their ‘humanity’.
The Petrovs also commend the ‘excellent selection’ of consular officials by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
