On December 9, 2023, the traditional Christmas celebration of the Bulgarian community from Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware, organized by the Bulgarian Cultural Center for PA, NJ and DE, was held in the Philadelphia area.

“There” is a contemplative film in which the author, a renowned photographer and videographer, used as silent actors eight famous Bulgarian personalities, representatives of the arts and sciences, two of whom, Georgi Gospodinov and Teodosiy Teodosiev-Theo, have been guests to the Consulate General.

On November 16, 2023, the traditional International Food Festival organized by the Society of Foreign Consuls in New York (SOFC) took place.

On November 3, 2023, a screening of the documentary My Uncle Luben was held at the Consulate General, dedicated to one of the most interesting contemporary artists in Bulgaria, the graphic artist and creator of installations Luben Stoev. The screening was organized with the assistance of Jana Karaivanova.

On November 2, 2023, the Consul General Mr. Angel Angelov was a guest at one of the most prestigious student tournaments in the world for communications and knowledge - Tournament of Champions at Yale University, in which Bulgarian students also took part. The Consul General welcomed the participants and proudly wished success to the 20 Bulgarian students as well.

On October 24, 2023, the opening gala concert of the initiative Bulgarian Concert Evenings in New York (BCENY) was held in Carnegie Hall. It was in honor of BCENY Board Member Ted Popoff on the occasion of his 90th birthday.

On October 22, 2023, the Bulgarian folklore ensemble Gorana and the Georgian Dancing Crane Company presented national songs and dances in New York. The festival was dedicated to the 120th anniversary of the establishment of diplomatic relations between Bulgaria and the United States.

On October 13, 2023, an exhibition of the Bulgarian photographer Mariya Mova took place at the Consulate General. She presented a collection of photographs of some of the bridges in New York.
