On January 22, оn the occasion of the 70th anniversary of the Bulgarian Cultural Institute in Warsaw, Ambassador Margarita Ganeva together with the director of BCI Mrs. Kalina Stancheva, presented a joint exhibition of Ivayla Zhivkova-Roshak (Bulgarian artist and applicator) and Emil Minkov (representing ceramic mosaics) who currently live and work in Poland. The festive atmosphere of the first vernissage of the year was given by the musical participation of the young Polish pianist Michal Oleshak - a student at the Frederic Chopin University of Music in Warsaw. Thanks to a number of BCI initiatives, serious cooperation has already been established between this university and higher music schools in Bulgaria.

On 17 December 2021, the Museum of Sport and Tourism in Warsaw hosted an award ceremony for the 16th International Film Film Festival, which took place on 15 October 2021.

On the day of the first festive Advent in Poland, November 28, the traditional diplomatic Christmas Bazaar took place. It was held for the first time in two years, in the halls of the National Stadium in Warsaw

On November 18, 2021, a meeting was held at the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in Warsaw of Margarita Ganeva, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Republic of Poland with the Association of Journalists "Globetroter", writing in the field of tourism. The meeting was held jointly with the National Tourist Office at the Embassy in Warsaw, and a number of journalists were invited to comply with current anti-epidemic regulations.

The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Bulgaria in Warsaw, Ms. Margarita Ganeva held a working meeting with the Deputy Minister of Finance of the Republic of Poland Mr. Jan Sarnowski, whose aim was to get acquainted with the current financial and economic reform and policy of the Polish side for the stabilization of the economy after the pandemic, as well as for the opportunities for the development of bilateral cooperation in the financial field, with special emphasis on the digitalization of the financial system and the fight against tax fraud.

“Bulgaria has the potential to expand the production of vegetable protein, having good experience and traditions in this field”, stated by the Bulgarian Minister of Agriculture Prof. Dr. Hristo Bozukov at the Summit of the Ministers of Agriculture of the countries of the Three Seas Initiative and the European Commissioner for Agriculture Janusz Wojciechowski, which is being held in Krakow, Poland. He also pointed out that field peas and legume grass play a leading role after legume crops. “Scientific units, specialized in legumes and cereals, carry out research and active selection activities, as a result of which Bulgaria has a significant number of sustainable varieties of legumes of its own, adapted to our climatic conditions," said  further Minister Bozukov.

The Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in cooperation with BuCI organized a solemn celebration of Independence Day - September 22, which took place in the prestigious in the Polish capital Warsaw "Palace of the Island", located in the park complex "Lazienki Krolewskie". This was the first official protocol event organized by the Bulgarian embassy after two years of restrictions in connection with the pandemic situation.

The caretaker Minister of Tourism Assoc. Prof. Stela Baltova attended the opening of the International Tourism Exhibition in Poznan - Toursalon 2021, which took place between the 24th and the 26th of September. Minister Baltova participated in the official opening ceremony together with Andrzej Gut-Mostowi, Secretary of State for Tourism of the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology of Poland. During the ceremony, the two signed a Memorandum of Understanding in the field of tourism between the Ministry of Tourism of the Republic of Bulgaria and the Ministry of Economic Development and Technology of the Republic of Poland.

Nuclear energy is and will continue to be a significant factor in meeting the EU's ambitious decarbonisation and zero-carbon goals. This was stated by the Minister of Energy Andrey Zhivkov in the presence of the participants in the ministerial meeting of the Partnership for Transatlantic Energy and Climate Cooperation (P-TECC), which was held in the Polish capital Warsaw. Minister Zhivkov spoke at the forum within the panel dedicated to nuclear energy. In his speech, he emphasized the rich experience of our country in the safe and secure operation of nuclear facilities for the production of clean and affordable energy over the years. According to him, the nuclear sector continues to be a guarantee of energy security and independence, providing energy to businesses and households at competitive prices.
