A culinary festival "Taste of Europe" was held for the first time in Baku on June 25, 2023. The event was organized by the EU Delegation to Azerbaijan and the culinary group "Azeri Home Chef". The Embassy of Bulgaria in Baku took part with its stand and held a master class on the preparation of the traditional Bulgarian banitsa, the dish with which our country is represented in the "Taste of Europe" book published by the EU delegation in Azerbaijan.
