Ambassador Ruslan Stoyanov took part in a tree planting campaign in the Baku village of Mushfigabad on 29/04/2023. The campaign "Heydar Aliyev 100 - Green Future" was organized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Azerbaijan with the support of the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources. The event is part of a series of events marking the 100th anniversary of the birth of the national leader Heydar Aliyev.

500 pine and olive trees, suitable to grow in the specific soil and climatic conditions of the Absheron Peninsula, were planted during the campaign.

Among the participants in the event were the Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Jeyhun Bayramov, the Minister of Ecology and Natural Resources Mr. Mukhtar Babaev, heads of foreign diplomatic missions and international organizations accredited in the country.
