On 18 and 19 January 2024, a Bulgarian delegation led by Energy Minister Rumen Radev took part in the ministerial meeting of the Central and South Eastern Europe Energy Connectivity (CESEC) initiative. The European Commissioner for Energy Kadri Simson also attended the forum.

Bulgarian Prime Minister Acad. Nikolai Denkov visited Athens on January 4, 2024 and met with his Greek counterpart Kyriakos Mitsotakis. The meeting was followed by a working lunch attended by the delegations of both countries.

On August 21, 2023, the Prime Minister Nikolay Denkov took part in an informal dinner in Athens, held on the initiative of the Greek Prime Minister Kyriakos Mitsotakis, of leaders of Western Balkan countries (Bosnia and Herzegovina, Kosovo, the Republic of North Macedonia, Serbia, Montenegro), the Prime Ministers of Bulgaria, Romania and Croatia, the Presidents of Ukraine and Moldova and the Presidents of the European Commission and the European Council.

President Rumen Radev took part in the 8th Delphi Economic Forum on April 28-29, 2023. This year's international event titled "Paradigm Shifts" focused on the most pressing issues of our time, including geopolitical instability, climate change, sustainable economy, social integration, and technological progress.
