On the eve of the spring holiday March 1st the Bulgarian ethno cultural association "Faith" from Aktobe, Kazakhstan and representatives of the Bulgarian community in the region organized a thematic event dedicated to one of the most revered Bulgarian customs “Baba Marta”.
The story of the Bulgarian holiday "Baba Marta" (“Grandma Marta”) was welcomed with great joy by young and old, and the master class on making the symbol of the holiday - the Bulgarian martenitsa, was accompanied by thematic poems and spring mood.
