On November 25^th, 2019 Bulgarian Embassy in Helsinki organized another of the series of Ambassadors’ seminar on the history of Finland.

The seminar is held at the initiative of Ambassador M. Ivanov. The guest speaker was Prof. Vesa Vares from University of Turku who presented his research on How Finland Evade Becoming a Dictatorship between the Two World Wars? Ambassadors from Switzerland, Croatia, the U.K., Germany, Canada, Austria, Turkey, the Czech Republic, Argentina, Portugal, Hungary and Estonia as well as Finnish historians attended the seminar.
