Ekaterina Zaharieva: Bulgaria gives practical support to Eastern Partnership countries
The Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs Ekaterina Zaharieva is taking part in the meeting of foreign minister of the EU Member States and their counterparts from the six countries of the Eastern Partnership (EP): Armenia, Azerbaijan, Belarus, Georgia, Moldova and Ukraine. This initiative of the EU and its six partners to the East, launched back in 2009, is marking its 10th anniversary this year.

Foreign Ministers of EU and Arab League meet in Brussels
The Bulgarian delegation was headed by Ekaterina Zaharieva, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs. The meeting was co-chaired for the EU by the High Representative, Federica Mogherini, and for the LAS, by M.A. Al-Dirdiri, the Foreign Minister of the Sudan, and Ahmed Aboul Gheit, the Secretary General of the League of Arab States.

Deputy PM Zaharieva: We Invest in Peace and Security in Africa
The first ministerial meeting of the EU and the African Union was held in Brussels today. The Bulgarian delegation was headed by Deputy Prime Minister in charge of the judicial reform and Foreign Minister Ekaterina Zaharieva. The meeting was co-chaired by Federica Mogherini, the High Representative for Foreign Affairs and Security Policy, and Richard Sezibera, Minister of Foreign Affairs and International Cooperation of Rwanda.
