At this time, international and domestic flights to Auckland International Airport are disrupted. Travellers should contact their airline or use their airline app to determine whether flights will be arriving or departing.
Media are reporting that there has been two confirmed deaths, and two other individuals are missing. There is currently no information to indicate that those deceased are foreign nationals.
