Ambassador Gergana Karadjova participates in the meeting of the Core Group in support of the Initiative for the Implementation of Art. 27.3 of the United Nations Charter with Annalena Baerbock, President of the General Assembly.

During meeting Ambassador Karadjova confirmed the support of Bulgaria for the Initiative and for the process of the empowerment of the General Assembly in the area of international peace and security and highlighted that the issue of the full and consistent implementation of the UN Charter is an issue of genuine and constant relevance.

The Core group in support of the Initiative for the full implementation of Art 27.3 is comprising 14 States from all regional groups in the UN and had symbolically launched the Initiative on 27 March.
