Consultations with the Polish MFA on the forthcoming joint presidency of the Berlin Process by Bulgaria and the Republic of North Macedonia.

On 17 September 2019, in Warsaw, at the invitation of the Polish Foreign Ministry, consultations were held to exchange experience regarding the forthcoming presidency of the Berlin Process for the Western Balkans by the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of North Macedonia.
The Bulgarian delegation was led by Mr. Rusi Ivanov, Director General for European Affairs and included representatives of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the Ministry of Interior, the Ministry of Economics and the Ministry of Environment and Water. On the Polish side, the consultations were led by Ambassador Wieslaw Tarka, Special Coordinator for the Polish Presidency of the Berlin Process. Representative of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of North Macedonia was also involved in the consultations.
