The Book Fair (FILH 2024), one of the most prestigious events in Cuba's annual cultural calendar, took place in Havana from 15^th to 25^th of April.

In addition to the debut of the Bulgarian embassy, the thirty-second edition of FILH was distinguished by the first joint participation of EU member states in the "Team Europe" format. Spain, Italy, Belgium, Bulgaria, Austria, the Czech Republic, Greece, the Netherlands, Romania, France, Cyprus, Slovenia, Germany, Poland and Portugal successively presented themselves at the stand hired by the EU Delegation.

Our embassy in Havana participated in the event with a picture from a joint exhibition of the missions of EU member states in Cuba "European footprints in Havana" and one book.

On 22^nd of February was Bulgaria's day at the EU stand. Ambassador Todor Kanchevski presented his book "Bulgaria in the foreign policy of the European Union after 2007" and distributed signed copies of it to those present. There was a conversation between diplomats from the Bulgarian embassy and Cuban citizens. The event was attended by Cubans who graduated from Bulgarian Universities, Bulgarian citizens, friends of our country, employees of the Ministry of Culture of Cuba and journalists.
