The Embassy of Republic of Bulgaria to Georgia opens a Call for Expression of Interest for interested partners to participate in a selection process to obtain financial support under the umbrella of the Bulgarian development cooperation for projects in the following areas (affirmed by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Bulgaria):

• support for qualitative, comprehensive and modern education;
• support for agriculture development and harmonization with EU requirements;
• support for capacity building and development in the area of democratization, good governance and human rights.

Project requirements:

• The project should be in line with the goals of the Bulgarian Mid-term Program for Development Cooperation and Humanitarian Aid 2016-2019 and the relevant Georgian strategic documents, as well as, with the UN Sustainable Development Goals and the European Community acquis (acquis communautaire).
• The activities put forward in the concept paper should not be submitted or should not have been submitted to receive duplicate funding from another project, program or any other funding scheme coming from the national budget, from the EU budget or from another donor.
• Projects should be presented in Bulgarian and/or English.
