On December 18th, 2019, the Finnish-Bulgarian Friendship Group in the Parliament of Finland (Eduskunta) organized a Christmas party (Pikko Joulu) in the building of the Finnish Parliament, in the presence of the Bulgarian Ambassador Martin Ivanov and Mr. Milen Dimitrov, First Secretary, during which Bulgarian red and white wine were served. The Group is one of the three largest parliamentary groups in the Finnish Parliament.

The event was attended with great interest by representatives of almost all of the parliamentary parties, as well as the Minister of Economy, Mr. Mika Lintila. During the event the group's future initiatives were discussed.
