Donation of one hundred Bulgarian rose-bushes to the Royal Lazienki Museum in Warsaw

The Bulgarian Ambassador to Poland Emil Yalnazov and the director of the Royal Lazienki Museum prof. Zbigniew Wawer, opened a garden of 100 Bulgarian rose-bushes and momorial plate on the 18th of July, commemorating the 100th anniversary of Poland regaining independence. Present where representatives of the Polish Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Bulgarians residing in Warsaw.

The donation was initiated by the Bulgarian Embassy in Warsaw with the assistance of the Institute of Roses, Essential and Medical Cultures in Kazanlak, whose experts have prepared a selection of roses suitable for growing in climatic conditions in Poland. The construction of the granite plate is financed with funds from the budget of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs under the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU.
