The Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria to the Lebanese Republic participated actively in the events dedicated to the International Day of La Francophonie in Beirut, 20 March.

The Ambassador and members of the Bulgarian diplomatic mission in Beirut attended both the official ceremony under the patronage of Prime Minister Najib Mikati, and the solemn program of the Saint Joseph University, founded in Beirut by French Jesuit monks in 1875.
