On January 21^st 2018, the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in Tehran held an official reception on the occasion of the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU. Amongst the guests were the Ambassadors and representatives of the 23 Tehran-based EU member states, high-ranking diplomats from other embassies, international organizations, the Iranian Administration and public society, students and journalists. In his address to the guests Ambassador Polendakov presented the goals and the priorities of the Bulgarian Presidency of the Council of the EU.
