As part of an official diplomatic delegation the Ambassador of the Republic of Bulgaria H.E. Mr. Grigor Porozhanov was a special guest at the the Opening Ceremony of the Fifth Silk Road International Exposition held on May 11, chaired by Wang Yi, State Counselor and Minister of Foreign Affairs of China.

On behalf of the diplomatic corps, Ambassador Porozhanov made a Welcome speech during the May 12th side event of the International Exposition - the „Xi'an Cultural Night for diplomats“, hosted by the Mayor of Xi'an City. In his speech, the Ambassador expressed hope that when the pandemic has ended, more Chinese tourists will visit our beautiful country
