Starting from the 1 December 2020 the Consular section of the Embassy of the Republic of Bulgaria in Beijing will start working with previously set appointments for all visa applications and other consular services. To set an appointment the applicants should send an email to [email protected] stating their names, phone number and type of visa/other service they are applying for. Once the request has been processed they will receive a date and time for submitting the application. No appointment is necessary for collection of issued visas and other documents.

The working hours of the Consular section for Chinese and other foreign nationals remain unchanged – every Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday between 10:00-12:00.

Appointments for Bulgarian and EU citizens and their family members are within the working hours Monday to Friday 9:00 -12:00 and 14:00-17:00.
