On 26 September the Bulgarian Embassy in Brussels hosted a presentation of Bulgarian spirits. The event was organized on the occasion of the international competition Spirits Selection 2018 that was held in the end of August in Plovdiv. The competition was organized by the prestigious Consours Mondial de Bruxelles. The Executive Director of the competition shared his excellent impressions from Plovdiv and the high quality Bulgarian spirits that won a number of awards.

Ambassador Dobreva recalled that Plovdiv will be a European capital of culture in 2019 and invited the guests to take the opportunity to visit the city and discover its rich cultural and historic heritage and traditions.

Representatives and importers of different Bulgarian producers presented various types of rakia and other spirits. The guests – representatives of Belgian media, restaurants, shops and friends of Bulgaria, were curious to discover their taste.
