Meeting of Ambassador Nikola Nikolov with the Head of the EU Civilian Mission in Armenia Satu Koivu and a patrol with representatives of the Bulgarian contingent

On June 10, 2026, Ambassador Nikola Nikolov held a meeting with Satu Koivu, Head of the EU Civilian Mission in Armenia; and Marek Kuberski, Deputy Head.
During the conversation, high praise was given to Bulgaria’s contribution and the professionalism of the Bulgarian representatives in the mission. The mission’s activities, future opportunities for the participation of Bulgarian experts, and the prospects for extending its mandate beyond February 2027 were discussed.
Ambassador Nikolov reaffirmed Bulgaria’s support for the mission’s efforts to strengthen peace, security, and stability in the region.
During his visit, he also participated in a patrol in the Jermuk area, where he met with Bulgarian representatives who, with their high level of professionalism, continue to represent our country with dignity.
