The Business and Innovation Forum organized by the Bulgarian – Swiss Chamber of Commerce (BSCC) in cooperation with the Embassy of Switzerland in Sofia and the Sofia Tech Park takes place on the margin of the official visit to Bulgaria of the State Secretary for Economy of the Swiss Confederation and Head of the State Secretariat for Economic Affairs (SECO), Mrs Marie-Gabrielle Ineichen-Fleisch, accompanied by a Swiss business delegation.

The Forum will gather primarily representatives of Swiss and Bulgarian business, politicians, governmental officials, researchers and other stakeholders engaged in business and innovation sectors. It aims to build on existing relationship and connections between Switzerland and Bulgaria as well as broadening the scope for further cooperation with particular focus on new business partnerships and investment opportunities, networking and knowledge exchange. It aims also to present the opportunities and the potential of the Sofia Tech Park for supporting innovative cooperation between companies and academia in the field of information and communication technologies, life sciences and green energy.
