On October 29^th, 2016 the Annual Diplomatic Funfair under the auspices of the Department of International Relations and Cooperation of the Republic of South Africa  took place at the Union Buildings South Lawns in Pretoria. Embassies of 58 states took part in the event. The Bulgarian stand was decorated with pictures of Bulgarian nature and traditional houses. Typical Bulgarian specialties like tarator, kyufte, sarma, banitsa were proposed to visitors. Bulgaria was also among the 15 states offering a cultural performance. Dance ensemble “Bulgarian rose” demonstrated Bulgarian national dances to the multinational public.
