On 28 April 2026, a protocol meeting was held at the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs of the Republic of Armenia between the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Bulgaria to Armenia, Mr. Nikola Nikolov, and the Minister of Labor and Social Affairs, Mr. Arsen Torosyan.
The meeting confirmed the excellent level of bilateral relations and focused on enhancing cooperation in the fields of social security and labor migration. Both sides expressed readiness to advance the dialogue on the draft Social Security Agreement and to promote the effective implementation of existing arrangements.
